I love working with buyers and helping them through the process of preparing to purchase, starting with the mortgage pre-approval, searching for their perfect house, writing contracts, negotiating on their behalf and helping the client through the inspection process and the other steps needed to arrive at a successful closing.
I have also been very fortunate to work with hundreds of wonderful sellers. I'm very active in my neighborhood and surrounding community which has helped me meet many people who become clients and I get the pleasure of helping them sell their most valuable asset. I particularly like working out the details of pricing and the market analysis, staging the home and prepping it for professional photos, and listing the home for sale. My sellers are also under my guidance during all the important steps from contract to closing. I feel communication is key to any successful real estate transaction.
